There was an arcade game long time ago that controlled a little bit similiar to Virtual On if i remembered correctly, where you had two joysticks to move. It was a 4 player deathmatch fps game where you fought in abandoned warehouses if i recalled correctly. Might have been cyborgs too. You'd win prize money or something like that to upgrade weapons. I THINK Sega made it. I also think you hovered off the ground by jetpacks or something. Sound familiar? I know it was around the era of gaming when Street Fighter was still huge, X-men arcade (4 players), and those 3D hologram games too.
