help with the Zune

Ive been using dvdXsoft DVD to Zune Converter to rip dvds... i convert them to mp4 at a rez of 320*240... but when i add it to my zune, it converts it again. Why does it convert it again? Am i using the wrong res?
 
The Zune software changes the fps etc. The converters dont use ALL of the same codecs so when it does convert its only slight changes. I've had to go through the same things. Works great though; Im using Xilisoft and it works like a friggin' DREAM :D I highly recommend you get that software. I can convert DVD's and such straight to my Zune with no problems; as well as convert multiple files at once (which saves me A TON of time). Its like when i owned my old 5g iPod; cept I love my Zune waaaay better. It converts my Vids for me; so I just let it sit for a little while.
