How can I view my FPS in the game?
Where are the screenshots saved?

And- Im trying to balance the game between performance and eye candy. Is it better better to have higher details and less aa/af or lower details and more aa/af?

My current setup is
amd 64 3.0+
9800xt
512mb pc3200

I'd go medium-low detail with a higer Filtering.

With a 9800xt you should be able to put all your settings on high. I have a 9800pro and I'm able to turn up all my settings to high with 2x AA and 8x AF, that is, I play on 10 x 7,

I run mine on high with 2xAA and 4xAF. I'm running a FX5700U. Check www.gamefaqs.com for their tweaking guide. It balances it out nicely.
