this is incorrect. hes going to federal prison, where he must serve at least 80% of the time. no more parole in the federal system. so he has a minimun of an 8 year bid. even if it is a minimum security prison, it is still prison. it is a perversion of justice.

what's even more offensive is that he was facing 60 years in a federal pen.

And to bring some perspective into this 10 year sentence what does Google show me on some other type of criminal activities

Possession of child pornography... 3 years sentence
Distributing child pornography (21 counts)... 9 years sentence
Distributing and making child pornography ... 17 years sentence.

Good to know hacking a celebs phone falls somewhere well below making child pornography but just slightly above distributing child pornography.

At least the nude pics were pretty hot. He'll waste away in prison knowing that he leaked some decent pics instead of pics of Hulk Hogan's daughter, or even Demi Moore's daughters.
