Hot TV tuner

Has anyone had any experiences with a TV tuner being really hot? I have two tuners, a Hauppauge PVR-150 and an ATI Theater 550 card. Both work just fine, but the ATI card for some reason runs really hot. I have a fanless GPU and with the ATI card in my system, my GPU idles at 84°C! The Hauppauge on the other hand, runs nice and cool. Is there anything I can do about this or is that just the way the ATI tuner runs?
 
My two PVR-150's and my Fusion 5 Lite run hot if I don't put the side panel back on the tower they are in.

I guess it's normal from that dealy that the coax cable plugs into.
 
It's fairly well know that ATI's 550 and 650 tuners run damn hot. You'll want to put one of those little heatsinks on them (thank god I have some passive heatsinks laying around).
