How concerned should I be?

I recently bought a 1.5 gb Seagate HDD (this one) as a data drive for my server at home. I just opened Acronis TrueImage to make a backup of the OS drive to the storage drive, and I received warnings about sectors on the hard disk that could not be read.

How concerned should I be? Should I be looking into getting a replacement? My first drive arrived DOA and I RMA'ed it. I've been starting to migrate more and more of my data to the drive and now I'm a little scared! :(

did you do a full or quick format?

quick format doesn't scan the hard drive and replaces bad sectors

A full format only READS every sector, it doesnt actually write zeros. It's basically a waste of time. Use a disk utility like Old Hippie said.
