How do I find out how many sites a server is hosting?

I remember a web page that told you how many domains a server is hosting. You put in the www.<example>.com name and that is how it finds the results.

Could someone please tell me the url to this site?

I know of a few sites that will show you how many sites are hosted on a single IP (DomainTools does it) but not of any that will show you how many are on a physical server.
 
Neat! How do they implement the reverse IP lookup?
