How do I merge the unallocated space?

So, I just build a new machine. Using a 400 Gig Sata.
Installed XP, installed SP1 then SP2.
C shows as 127 Gig. On device manager it shows the additional 200+ gig as unallocated space.
How do I merge that with my 127 Gig to make one large C drive?

I assume you know that happened because XP install disks without a service pack can't recognize drives larger than 137GB. Second, you need a program like Partition Magic to remerge the partations. There are some free ones as well, but I've never used any to recommend one.
