How do you change account types in PayPal?

So a little while ago, I upgraded to a premier account to accept a payment. Now I don't need it anymore and am sick of the fees. How can I back down to the regular paypal account? I went from personal account -> premier account. Is there a way to be downgraded? Can I ask PayPal and how long does it take to happen?

you can downgrade 1 time. If you upgrade again you are stuck there. I believe ther is a link somewhere on Paypals site.
