Hey everyone. I have a distribution here based on Knoppix designed to be a completely secure web kiosk. It runs great off the CD, but I'd like to copy it to the hard drive to have it boot from there. I have found tons of guides for this online, but there's a hitch - I have no way of accessing a terminal on the distro.
Like I said - it's a kiosk. It boots straight into X which only runs Firefox. There's no way (that I can tell) to halt the boot process to get to a console.
Does anyone have any advice as to what I can do? Possibly boot from another CD or a USB key then copy the kiosk CD?
Thanks for any help!
