How to make your own theme in Windows 7?

How do you do it? I mean sure I can make one with just one wallpaper but how do you add more wallpapers, and change the screen saver on that theme, because a I have a great set of Rally wallpapers and I want to use them as a theme on there and I like to change my screensaver every so often.

Right click on the Desktop and choose "Personalize". All of the options you describe are there, and there's a button for "Save Theme".

I know that, but how do you add stuff to a theme once it is completed?

Wouldn't you just use the theme, make your changes then save it again?
