how to place these 4 sticks of RAM with 8 slots?

I have 4x8gb of RAM (32gb total). I am trying to figure out how to place it across these 8 slots. I did not want to buy 8x4gb so that I can upgrade to 64gb in the near future.

All on one side? One black one blue on one side, one black one blue on the other side?

Didn't your motherboard come with a manual?
Or I'm sure it's available on line.

Generally in the manual where it covers how to install memory, the manufacturer will lay out all the combinations of RAM you could conceive and give that information, on how to populate the slots.
