How to update music files...

I need a program that can update all my music with cover art and accurate file names. I have too much music that when I ripped it, I was not able to get all the information for files.
I bought Musicmatch Jukebox Pro and it's been working so far. Just it's not updating the music folders with the cover art and it doesn't do the best of jobs updating file names.
If anyone has recommendations for an updating program, please post it. I need to sort all my music badly. My music folder is a mess.
 
I was just told on another forum that Windows Media Player 11 can do this. I'm downloading it now. I'll check it to see if it works.

I can't get the damn program to do anything. Interface is so cluttered and I just want the program to look for track info on the net. Not rename it all manually.
 
I have not had any luck with MP3tag, nor Tag&Rename. So far Windows Media Player 11 Beta is doing the best job.
