How will the cheap stuff perform?

I recently decided to build a PC and have ordered pretty much everything except my mobo and processor. Because I was trying to come in under $1200, I skimped on the ram and bought the cheapest stuff that could do 800mhz at 1.8.

Does anyone know how this will perform in a P5B-VM (1.95 volt limit)? Can anyone out there post their voltages for 800mhz?
