Having a problem with getting a new HP Jet Direct Card setup on a DOT Matrix printer. It's currently on a similar model Jet Direct card and works fine, moving it too the new one, we can print from windows, but not from the AS/400 i Series. All configurations are the same, not sure about the dip switches on the back of the Jet Direct card though. This one came off of eBay no manual. It's a HP Direct Jet 300X that does not work completely. The one it is currently on is a 500X and works fine. If anyone has any insight at all as to why this may not be working on the i Series please post!
