Hyper 6+ Mounting Problems to Neo Platinum 939

I'm trying to mount the CoolerMaster Hyper 6+ to a MSI K8N NEO2 PLATINUM Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce3 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard but there is already a mounting plate on the back of the motherboard. Does anyone else have this combination? Can I use the plate already on the motherboard or do I have to remove it to mount the Hyper 6+ properly? The plate on the back of the motherboard appears to be glued on. Any help for this noob would be appreciated!

You will need to remove the plate. Its not glued, but yet s sticky tape that is used to hold the plat in place. using a hair dryer get the plate and mobo warmed up. Not like burrning but heat it up and then gently push/pull the plate off. Be cautious not to bend or break the board. but it will and does come off.
