i have gateway fx series notebook

i was wondering if anyone had same notebook and upgraded to windows 7 without problems. i forgot exact model its the one with dual core 1.6 and 8800gts.

i do not have it, but you shouldnt have a problem with an upgrade, since windows 7 uses less resources on average than vista, and will run on any machine....ive got it running on my 3 yr old dell inspiron 1521 with no problems, runs better than vista on it

i have a gateway 7811 FX and I have windows 7 on my laptop, you can install it with no problems
