I need some hardware advice about the nVidia 680i chipset please

I'm building a top end system, and I have some questions about the latest nVidia 680i chipset motherboards. I'm looking to buy the Asus P5N32-E SLI. This is what I want to do:

Put a top end video card in the 16x PCIe slot.

Put my video editing card in the other 16x PCIe slot (The card requires a 4x slot, so another question here is if I can put a 4x card in a 16x slot? And will the slot run at 4x speed even though I am not using it for SLI?)

Put 4x PCIe SATA Raid controller in the 8x slot.

Do you guys think I'll be able to do this with that board?
