So it seems Hardforum's editor-in-chief is making an offer on a laptop that I really can't refuse. I'm very interested in it, but don't have the funds yet. So I am going to sell most of my rig off to get it. I've been trading on these forums for a little over a year now. I ship USPS Priority /w insurance and confirmation (signature confirmation on anything over $300). The prices include shipping and handling. Price on the rig is pretty firm. all other items are up for reasonable offers. All OC's are YMMV!

I want that laptop, and will sell my primary rig to get my hands on it. I know that it would sell better if I parted it out. I'm selling it as a whole because I really don't have a backup rig, and I don't want any downtime. The computer will come broken down so that I may put each piece into their seperate boxes. The other OEM parts will be nicely bubble wrapped. I just got this rig totally set up not too long ago, so I've not been able to tweak it much. It's full potential hasn't been realized yet.

edit: i am now considering parting it out, but will not ship/sell until all major parts are accounted for. (ie. cpu, ram, mobo, vid card, sound card, power supply, and case) likely to keep the hdd if it doesn't sell as a rig. combo up! makes it cheaper. ;p

edit 2: starting to have doubts about buying the laptop... it's got dead pixels. grrr... i hate dead pixels.

$90 - 1gb (2 x 512mb sticks) of BH-5 ram (chips say winbond W942508BH-5) these are from the mushkin 3500 level II black 2-2-2-5 series as it is on a black pcb, with the same bh-5 chips. (no heatspreaders). [sold]

$70 - Logitech z-5500 sattelites only (no subwoofer/control module). These were bought to be used with my Denon receiver. Works great, sounds awesome. I'm getting a complete computer speaker system so no longer need these. (ships with 2x fronts, 2x rears, 1x center only) (preferably local pick up $50) [pending sale]

whoa... okies i'm trying to keep track of which parts people want. like i said before if someone wants the whole rig then i'll sell it all at once, but if people are more interested in parting out, it will all go after everything is dibbed. i'll give this sale a week.
 
bumpage.. most of my "extra stuff" is now sold or pending sale. i'm still waiting on more offers for my main rig... they havent really been flooding in. if i dont get at least 2 more items dibbed or 2 more offers for the rig... i'm gonna have to pack up this site. (i'm an impatient person) plus... the shogun laptop is losing it's luster after finding out about the drop in battery efficiency (20min?!) and dead pixels.
