on average for different team members so I did a little checking. I know it's not exact by any means, but it is interesting and I thought I would share..
I checked the last 7 day total for the top 50 on the team and then went to Stanford and got the active CPU count for the past 7 days for each of the top 50. Slapped all of that into a little spreadsheet and this is what I came up with.

Interesting, I'm at 930.27, but took down most of the farm the past few days :( My CPU count is all messed up, I also move WU's with the reg key so it's just one big mess.

What I also find interesting in the total points/ total WU's. I'm at 245/wu, a lot of that is cuz I was stupid starting out. It would have been higher if I ran all big blocks, which I'm doing now.

I looked at some of the highest members a while back, their average was ~50 points/WU. Gotta love this new scoring system I guess.

I -think- the top two on you list have purshased systems just to fold on, so I'm guessing they did their home work and got the best points per system per electric bill. In other words not real slow systems, and not P4's I'm going to guess.

Not sure about ChelseaOilman, but Tigerbiten, BillR and myself fold 100% on CPUs we own personally. They are mostly AMD. Bill has a P4 and I have a pair of PIIIs. When you are home farming, more mhz per CPU is the only way to go. I'm at an average of 1745 MHz per CPU right now if my midnight math is correct.

That 1920x1024i-How?? guy is at 1417.30 PpWpCPU on the Rage 3D team.

Just though it was funny.

Mine is a pure AMD home farm as well.
Number of CPU's is 13.
Adverage speed per CPU is 2.1 Ghz.
Big packets give me between 3-7 PpHpG depending on which CPU has grabbed what..
So just chugging along at appox 100 Points per hour.

Luck.......... :D

Mostly borgs here, but hoping that sometime soon one of my "clients" sees the need to upgrade his (4) 800MHz P3s and (2) Duron 1000s to something a little more "modern". Go Go Dell Small Business Deals. :) (Almost had him talked into upgrading them all to 2.8 P4s the last time those were all available for ~$300) Total cost to him was going to be ~$600 a machine all said and done, but I thought that was a pretty good deal for boht of us.

Oh well, good thing I make up for the lack of PpWpCPU with just plain more CPUs. :p

<----- thanks xENo! :D

I averaged my last 3 weeks output.... and then divided by my "6" CPUs (I have one 2.4C with 2 instances).... and:

Points/Week/CPU = 980.22

Keep on Folding!!

I'm ashamed.

Most of my ghz are coming from computers at my work, which only run 8am-5pm. Oh well.

Fold On!

No slow systems, but I do have three P4 and one dual Xeon system. I'm building another dual Xeon system. Right now it's folding with one CPU until I get the Swiftech heatsinks I ordered.

I am trying to keep my electric bill down to a reasonable amount. I almost broke the $300 barrier last year, now I'm below $200.

All my points are 100% from machines I built for my home farm. Three P4's, three soon to be four Xeon's, one Dothan and nine Athlon XP CPUs.

Exactly! ;)
