ID that IC vol.92835293857293587

I got 4 sticks of these Crucial Rendition. They are 1GB DDR2-667 sticks.They were purchased for 28.99$CAN @ directcanada.com.
I can't seem to be able to find info on the ICs used.

After contacting Corsair, these are in fact Micron chips. All .8FE are Micron. They are not allowed to provide more information about the chips.

Hopefully this thread will help someone else.
