You're not running a 3.0C . Like I said, this chip isn't that great. I've seen people with 4.5 on a Mach I.

I wouldn't consider that chip a dud either. Hell, my 3.0c won't even do 3.6 stable @1.7v. However, I got a 2.8c and it runs great at 3.7Ghz @1.65v. on air.
