I'm thinking of getting a new computer, thoughts?

These are the parts I'm considering selling:

p4 3.0c
1gig (4x256) pc4000 giel ultra
leadtek 6800gt agp8x
gigabyte mobo

Here is what I'm thinking of replacing it with:

GeIL Ultra 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500 (PC 4000) System
MSI K8N Neo4-F Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Winchester Integrated into Chip FSB Socket 939 Processor
POWERCOLOR Radeon X800XL 256MB GDDR3 PCI-Express x16 Video Card

I figure the upgrade will cost me about $150, after i sell off my old parts.

any thoughts? I still haven't finalized my thoughts on the new parts, just some ideas I'm tossing around.
 
Wait for a while until all the new stuff comes out before you make up your mind, looks like theres gonna be a lot of hardware coming out this summer.
 
That's not much of an upgrade. I'd say wait until you can afford better processor or more memory.

I'm going to keep my current rig, guess I was just feeling bored. i am going to sell the memory and upgrade to 2gigs though. I'd like to setup an enormous ramdrive and preload the maps of whichever online game I'm playing at the moment, get a jump on everyone else.
