increasing AGP voltage = help vid card overclock?

i don't want to fry things, im wondering if increasing the agp volts in bios ever helped any of you get a more stable overclock? is 1.7 safe?

depends on the motherboard, some handle it well some don't, its risky :/ The cards should be able handle it without too much trouble though

No, the cards aren't stupid. They step down the voltage to a certain level, doesnt matter what you feed the card. Hence, voltmods.
