Inexpensive Touch Screen

Greetings -- I come in search of information on inexpensive touch screens.

I'm a CS major stepping outside more normal scope to do work in the (gasp) hardware world. I need to purchase four inexpensive touch screen monitors. Specs:

• Resolution must be at least 640x480
• Size must be at least 8"

Finally, I don't have much experience with hardware on the nitty-gritty level, so monitors that are easy to use would be a plus. Not afraid to learn, though.

What kind of price range will touch screen monitors such as these be in? Any good links to stores / information troves?

Not many options there, apart from used. Sorry! I've been trying to avoid shelling out $300+ for a Lilliput 7" TS for my car, and I've been waiting for months. That includes eBay.
