Installed 4.9 betas but no Multi Media drivers?

Just installed the drivers and the control panel but no multi media drivers. Do I need these drivers because without them I get 2 unknown devices listed in my device manager? When I had the 4.7 installed I didn't have this provblem. What the hell do they do anyway?

Installing it on x800 xt pe.
 
I tried that and still have no success. The wdm's install but I still get two unknown devices. I don't think the 4.7 wdm drivers are compatible with the 4.9 beta drivers.
