installing an addon for a linux firewall?

i thought this had more to do with software than networking, so. i don't know much about linux. but im using a really good linux firewall called IPCop. there are addons for this firewall i want to try here:

i know that i have to install the addon server 2.2 first, but there is no documentation explaining how to do it. i was wondering if someone could give me a hint on what to do with this file. i can put this tar.gz file on the machine and I have root access now on the router machine. thanks
