Intel Straps and Memory Overclocking... Yikes!

Is this saying you cannot use a memory overclock divider (i.e. 4:5) AND a high FSB speed at the same time?

an amd guy doesn't need to worry about chipset straps, just like intel guys don't worry about ht link speeds

but it you really wanna know, changing the strap changes chipset internal latency and opens up different memory ratios. that's really it.
