Internet connection issues

For some reason my laptop keeps going from Excellent internet connection to Limited Access. I have Comcast Internet, with a Belkin N750 DB router. Normally works perfectly fine, but for some reason, as of 15min ago, after working perfectly fine, the connection on my laptop started cutting in and out, but every other laptop, PC, Smartphone, Tablet, in the house is not having any issues. Restarted the laptop, restarted the modem and router, still no go. Any thoughts. Never had a problem with my network that i Couldn't figure out, but this is pissin me off.
