Is 380W enough?

I plan on building this system, which will run 24/7 for hopefully 5+ years, primarily for web browsing and email. Taking this into consideration (along w/ capacitor aging), will an Antec Earthwatts 380W be enough?

Intel E5200 Dual Core (overclocked to 3.33GHz)
Gigabyte EP45-DS3L ATX Motherboard
2GB DDR2-800
EVGA GeForce 6200
WD 640GB 16MB Cache SATA Drive
Samsung SATA DVD Burner

Yes, it's plenty for that PC. However, if you plan on performing any upgrades in the future, I would recommend a more powerful PSU. Newegg has the 430W Earthwatts on sale for $50 right now, so that would be a good starting point.

I see no problems unless you want to buy a bigger card in the future.

I have two systems using 380w psus:

Antec NeoPower 380w
Q6600 @ 3.0ghz
8800gts 640mb (g80)
1 Hard Drive, 1 DVD Burner

Antec Earthwatts 380w
Athlon X2 BE-2400
Two 8800gs (It's a crossfire board I run two Graphics cards for folding@home)
1 Hard Drive, 1 DVD Burner
This system running 24/7 for about 4 months now

Your E5200 power consumption will be low, no problems with your setup and that power supply. Even if you go to a higher end graphics card, 380w will work just fine as long as you don't get a graphics card that requires two PCIe power connectors.

A friend has been running this on a Seasonic S12 330 for the past few months without problem:

E8400
8800GT
5 hard drives

PSU stays cool too.
