Is a Dell UltraSharp 2709W a good monitor for $600?

Just noticed that Dell has one of these guys, a Dell UltraSharp 2709W, as one of the 'Deals of the Day' (http://accessories.dell.com/sna/pro...l.aspx?c=ca&l=en&s=dhs&cs=cadhs1&sku=223-9379)

For $600, is it a good deal for that screen?

Too bad this deal is only valid in Canada. The US site lists this for $900.
