Is my OCZ Powerstream 520w enough for my setup

hey guys, i have had this power supply through various builds (ive had it for about 2-3 years).

Its the OCZ PowerStream 520w power supply.

I have never really had trouble with anything but im wondering if this is enough or not?

My current set up is
Intel Q6660
Gigabyte p43-ds3l mobo
4gb ram
IceQ Radeon HD 4850
3 hard drives (1 tb, 1 512gb, and 40gb SSD)
3 120mm fans and 2 140mm fans.

It's enough. However, the Powerstream is a fairly old PSU, and it's not very efficient either. If you can afford to replace the PSU, it wouldn't be a bad idea to do so.
