Is the ASUS A9v Deluxe a solid board?

I just wanted to know, I was planning on making it the mobo of my PC im building with an FX 55 as processor and DDR400 RAM and I dont know anything about mobos really.

No problems with my board. But I use the reference chipset from VIA and not from ASUS. So far no problems

Nice and stable here so far, not much testing done yet though.
