Is Video Card the bottleneck here?

I'm getting 1650ish 3DMark 03...

Is this entirely due to the video card, or am I missing something? I'm thinking it is.

What would I likely get with a 9800 Pro? In the upper 5K's?

i think its your ram, try having on either the 256 or 512 in

for dx9 it is a bottleneck

its the video card get the latest drivers for it but even my ti4600 only scored 1300 now with my 9800pro it scores 5919 so I guess it is a huge difference in dx9

Well...your video card is a DX8 card and doesn't support DX9...so in 3D'03 your mark will always be low no matter how powerful your cpu, ram...etc is.
What scores do you get in 3d2001se?

try with just the stick of 3200, and you say running at 2000 but what proc freq and multi, 3Dmark loves FSB so the higher you can run that the better, isn't 3d2K1 a DX8 bench? try that then the part sould be able to perform it properly, but then again the GF4 series is a bit long in the tooth
