I think you'd be ok.

Opteron 170 @ 2.5Ghz
2 Gigs OCZ Platinum @ 250Mhz
2x250 WD SATA in raid 0
2x320 WD SATA in raid 0
Lite-On dvd-burner
Lite-On dvd-rom
Audigy 2zs

And I never had any problems with the power supply.

Well I got my 620 today. I am really impressed, flat cables, and even cable ties are supplied! It was nice putting my 480w Antec True Power II to rest.
