One of my favorite games of its generation. Good graphics, early generation Bioware morality/decision tree system with multiple endings. Combat was pretty solid too. I HIGHLY recommend EVERYONE pick it up.

Just went through Origin's process for the first time and made an account. First impression were not good... I just picked this up because it's free, but wow does Origin suck.

Mostly painless. Off the top of my head though, no easy way to backup the install.

Go into settings, tick the "save installation files" box, then copy them from the location defined in settings. If a game key is needed, it's in the game info area.

Not as convenient as Steam, sure, but Origin has a bit of a disadvantage, time wise.
