Jaggy AIM?

Hey guys, I didn’t really know where to post this, so I figured since it’s on my laptop...

This has happened since I first owned this laptop (the XPS (first line they put out))... If I am moving around AIM boxes, they don’t flow with the curser; they skip around to the place imp moving them. It's like my computer can’t handle moving the AIM boxes around smoothly, which doesn’t make sense to me. This computer is top of the line btw, so any hardware requirements are out of the picture. DO you guys have any ideas what I can do to make them flow with the curser when I move the boxes? I have defragged.

I believe it's mouse throw action, have you been messing around with your mouse settings or your video settings? I know for a fact you can change these settings in the nvidia console. Turn it off if it is on. If it isn't the problem then i don't know what it is.
