HD Sourcese: (H264)

No.Country.for.Old.Men.720p.Bluray.x264 (1 MKV file totally around 4G)

Huh? Of course it could support playback as long as you have a video card that offloads H264 100%.

The thing of interest is that an AGP 2600 series can do H264 decoding when UVD on their 2000 series AGP cards was broken. Thats it, everything else is pretty well known.
 
Exactly and it was ONLY Nvidia who said they would not program there purevideo drivers to not accelerate on non-sse2 machines (which they may have gone back on as that was ages ago).

UVD has been working on non SSE2 machines since the start.
