Klipsch promedia 5.1 ultras problem

i just got these for christmas and they're not working. I've tried pretty much everything and i'm very sad hehe

Anyway, they only work in headphone mode, i hear sound from my headphones when they're plugged into the control center. But nothing when i go out of headphone mode.

Also if i turn the volume way up i don't hear a hiss. Lastly when i go between headphone mode and speaker mode the subwoofer clicks. Please help, thanks.

You might have a dead set.

Go to www.klipsch.com and go to there forums you may get better help and what to do. And at the worst scenario on how to get a RMA quickly.
