I finally RMA'd my H100 because of the "pump noise issue" that's been discussed at length here and their forum. The thread on their forum is rather long: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=107252

The good news is Corsair resolved the problem some time ago, so I figured I should RMA mine (which did exhibit it). I described my specific instance of the problem here:
http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1680176
and here:

Anyhow, they sent me a new H100i as a replacement (advance RMA). It arrived today of all days, so I'll have some time to install it over the break. The H100i addresses the pump noise issue certainly, and they replaced the molex connector with a SATA power connector, which means they've fixed at least two of the "negatives" I observed in my H100 review (above). If it fits my socket 2011 motherboard better I'd be really impressed but of the three issues, that's the least significant.

So, kudos to Corsair for the free H100i upgrade. It was neither expected, nor necessary, but I certainly look forward to trying it out.

Wow -- no advance RMA option or you just didn't want to bother? Your post serves as evidence that customer service remains the luck of the draw :p

Not sure if it is me but I had so many problems with their RAM that it wasn't even funny. I think I RMA'ed 5 or 6 kits of RAM. One of the weird ones was the kit with my Rampage III Extreme. The RAM wouldn't run at 1600mhz, nothing I did changed it. After reading around I found out that it was a known problem. A couple of emails later I figured they would just send me the same kit so I changed manufactures.

I also had a weird fan issue on my HX750, that was simple enough fix. Just took it back to Fry's and got a new one. My HX1000 on the other hand blew, not sure how, not sure why. Took it back to Fry's and the problem was solved.

Either way I used their coolers in the past and had great results with them. Had a H50 and an H60.

So I guess it goes both ways.

I am not sure if I would ever buy their RAM again though.

Nice, I should do an RMA. I've had pump noise since the beginning, but it hasn't affected the performance of it (as far as I can tell)

Indeed, I have been running my H100 via a fan controller so I could reduce the voltage, and avoid the pump noise, but keeping that working right is a pain in the ass, and I need to re-do some other cabling anyway, so I figured it was time to RMA. How tedious. At least the process is about as convenient as possible, but it's still a pain in the ass. I'd much preferred to have had a working H100 as opposed to an RMA'd H100i :p
