Can't charge for FEE's, against paypal TOS there guy.

So now you going to report this poor guy? hope is worth it.
He could of just worded "if using another paypal option buyer pays 3% extra delivery fee" i guess that doesn't change a thing but if that works for you oh well

I'm not reporting him but considering he has been a member for about 3 years, he would not post something like that?

It's his choice to post that and have his own thread reported by others.

I'm not charging the fee. I believe there is an option when you send payment, to opt who gets the fee. That's their built in system.
