LAN setup. Suggestions?

Here is the setup I plan to use for my 48 man LAN in November. I would like any setup or settings recommendations if you have any.

The two lines from the switch is using both uplinks from the switches. They are webmanaged so I can do stuff with them, I just don't know what.

Maybe toss a crossover cable between the switches in case someone trips on the uplink cables.

Other than that I would throttle bit torrent traffic and any p2p traffic just to keep everything nice and smooth.

The CC box should handle the p2p traffic. With the way the table setup is going to be, I am more likely to have someone hit the cable between the two switches than running both to a main switch.
