Kyle, dude, I love the "umms" and "ahhs"! You're just using pure personality, a script could kill that. Its obvious you know your shit, and when you speak (without a script) it shows. Keep it that way bro.
Here is how it is for me:
SAS = Sass
SCSI = Scuzzy
SATA = Saytuh
IDE = Eye-Dee-Eee
PCI-E x16 = Pee-Cee-Eye-Eee Ecks-Sixteen / Pee-Cee-Eye Express Ecks-Sixteen / sometimes just Ecks-Sixteen Slot.
Girl from Ipanema elevator music... GO!
It will be stuck in everyone's heads for the rest of the day, and everyone will think "Damn You Kyle Bennett!!!!". I mean how would that not be great?
PCI-E should NEVER be called "Pee-Cee-Eye Ecks". Since there are still PCI-X slots/boards floating around (if you work with servers/workstations that is).
I would almost kill for latching HDMI cables. No joke. I have a heavy gauge cable that runs 40 feet from my computer to my HDTV, and it is a serious pain in the butt to have to brace it and tape it down to hold it in place without damaging my ports or falling out. Does such a thing even exist though?
Hey, as long as Kyle doesn't pronounce "Celeron" like "Sell you're on," he can pronounce "SATA" any way he wants. I had a teacher who said it that way, drove me insane.
These have been around for years.. I'm not sure why this is a news item.

the bossman cometh! are we to see more of these videos in the future?
And it's SAT-A, not SAY-TA
Day-Ta , Dah-Ta
Toe-May-Toe Toe-Ma-Toe
You're prolly one of those ppl that say Bi-ohs instead of Bi-ahs, and Cee-Dee-ROME instead of Cee-Dee-rom

Not really 'hot news', is it? Latching connectors were part of the SATA-II specs, it's just not many OEM's provide them as SATA-I spec'ed cables work the same for less cash....
Yeah grats dude. Welcome to the latest and greatest we have available here in the year 2006.

its uv tooUV reactive is cool, but for $5 a piece? Ehh, I think I'd just rather buy the ~$1.80 non-UV-reactive Monoprice ones and call it good.
