Letter Scanning Archive Solution

Does anyone know of a way or if any software exists to scan letters, store them in an organised way and allow them to be archived. This is for a local accountancy company who wish to scan and store all their letters on their server.

Any help would be much appreciated i've never heard of any such software.

You mean scanning legal documents with ocr and then converting them to winword documents?

If so, then look for a software called OmniPage, my girlfriend uses it and works great
