Lian Li PC-K58 Front I/O Ports Broken

I bought a K58 several months ago and the headphone and audio jack stopped working. I tried contacting Lian Li but I'm not holding my breath since that website is in a lot of "engrish" and I doubt I am going to be able to get the part from them to replace the broken one with.

So I am looking for a 5.25" multifunction panel that has at least audio and headphone jacks. Other connections that would be nice would be USB 2/3 and eSATA. I don't really care what other features it has (fan controllers, temperature monitors, LCDs, firewire, cardreader, etc) but I need those front audio ports to plug my gaming headset into. I'm looking to spend maybe $40 max and even then that's pushing it. I just want to get something cheap that looks nice and does the job I need it to do (it's a black case).

Also if anyone knows where I can get a replacement panel to fix the I/O ports that are built into the case that would, of course, be ideal.

Try this - it's only missing USB 3.0 - has 4 USB 2.0 instead. You may be able to mod 2 ports to 3.0:
