FS: never-used logitech G35 headphones

purchased brand new and was removed from retail packaging, but never plugged in/powered up, and USB cord is still wire-tie bundled together.
comes in original retail packaging and everything in it (driver CD, extra pads for the head band).
$70 shipped to lower 48. price is firm for what's included and for shipping.
