Logitech G5 Problems, help

I just received my new G5...

1. About one half of the scroll wheel has an annoying clicking sound

2. The Right Button is too easy to click on accident... it is way less stiff than the Left Button... is this normal with your G5's?

otherwise, i like it.

I've had mine for a little while and I don't have these issues. I would exchange it.

I see no issue with doing that with products defective from the vendor. As long as you support the store you're doing it from with other purchases that you don't return....

Why should we have to bear the shipping cost if it was defective?

of course I think this may be classified as consumer fraud... but nobody ever knows.
