Looking for a new board

Hey all,

I had a P6T6 and it took a dump on me, so now I am in the market for a new LGA1366 board. I'll be water cooling my CPU so I'll be looking for a board that is capable of good overclocking.

What I am trying to decide is whether I should stick to the P6T6, or perhaps a Rampage II Extreme (which seems like a good step up in terms of enthusiast features), or if maybe there are other boards out there that would better fit the bill.

I was considering waiting for X68, but I don't really want to wait a couple months (or maybe more).

If it makes a difference, I do not plan on running any more than 2 video cards, and maybe not even that many (in this computer).
