Looking for a wireless adapter that can be used in a 66mhz PCI-X slot...

The slot in question can only run at a minimum of 66mhz...unfortunately my motherboard doesn't have any vanilla PCI slots. I tried using an el-cheapo wireless card from a previous system, but I started having connection problems which did not cease even after the card was returned to the old system. I suspect it is FUBAR.

Also, the prospective card must support Windows x64.

I really dont know if anyone makes 66mhz wireless cards, but I dont think any of the major vendors do.

You might want to look into USB, or getting an ethernet-to-wireless converter (Proxim makes one) and going that route.
