low throughput

I'm not a cisco guy by trade but I can't seem to make any headway on an ASA issue I have right now.

throughput is like 1/10 of what it should be. Upload is maxed out around 4mbps, taking the ASA out gives us about 10-14mbps

anything obvious?
 
Verify that there are no port mismatches. Make sure they are set to auto negotiate. If they are, go back and verify that they are all synced at 100 full. Get any half duplex's out!
